DigiCraft, empowering young people in the digital world
The Digicraft program aims to train young people from 6 to 12 years old in the necessary digital skills for tomorrow's life.
EntamAR is an app that uses Augmented Reality to improve the daily lives of children with long-term stays in hospital. Through creative games using drawings and images, this interactive app enables the volunteers of Spanish Red Cross Youth to promote the creativity of children while supporting them in their different academic and leisure pursuits.
The Orientatech project developed by the Social Technologies Foundation (TECSOS) in collaboration with Spanish Red Cross and Vodafone Foundation, aims to encourage participation and provide access to verified information related to the purchase, acquisition and use of technological products that support vulnerable collectives, such as older people or people with disabilities.
The Spanish Red Cross pioneered an Open Data strategy during the pandemic by publishing live data on its activity in a totally transparent way. Thanks to Microsoft technology, the platform has been able to provide daily updated data from records ranging from local to state level.
The Spanish Red Cross has implemented a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to automate some interactive processes related to Contact Centers: user data collection, information management, marketing campaigns and planning of teams according to workloads.
